CHILD AND YOUTH
PROGRAMS

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM

Thrive Educational  Development Programs

The program focuses on secondary school credits preparation, employment and life literacy, communication skills, and numeracy and on the enjoyment of learning.

Family Direct       Support Program

To support the healthy growth and development of Kids, Individuals, Dependents and members of society age 18 and up through holistic, preventative services and culturally appropriate programs.

 

N.O.K.O.T.A.S. Mentoring Support Program

To provide urban youth and members of society with support, tools and healthy activities, all of which will build upon their inherent ability to make healthy choices. Connect with member of the Nokotas Minor League Football Team

Youth Justice Deterrent Program

To provide an alternative to the courtbased system to handle nonviolent first time offences committed by youth.

Youth Program

To provide general social supports, culturally appropriate programming for youth in care, healthy eating and physical development, education, justice intervention, violence prevention.

Healthy Lifestyle for Seniors

To increase participation of urban in sport, physical fitness, physical recreation and other health promotion programs that promote healthy lifestyle behaviors.

Children's Wellness Program

The program offers services to support high risk children and youth (aged 12 to 15) and their families to address the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of the child in a holistic approach.

Performing & Cultural Art Connections for K.I.D.S.

To provide cultural activities, education and employment development, leadership development, and supports for youth aged 12 to 24.
